We plan to conduct load and batch testing of smart contracts, necessitating a substantial quantity of CCDs in the test-net account. Could you guide us on acquiring approximately 5 million CCDs on the test net? Currently, I’ve only found a method to obtain 2,000.

The foundation that runs the testnet has some CCD for such purposes.
