Conordium Desktop Wallet version 1.6.0 adds support for the protocol version 6 with Concordium BFT consensus which was released August 21, 2023 on Testnet and September 25, 2023 on Mainnet. The wallet also now supports gRPC2.

I just updated to Desktop Wallet 1.6.0 on MacOS, and now it says “Node unavailable”

my own baker node on port 10000. Worked fine until I upgraded the Desktop wallet

You just need to change the port number from 10000 to 20000 and should work. It is also important that you have the newest version of the node 6.0.4.
