Cant Undelegate on Phone

I cannot undelegate on the phone - it says cannot communicate with server any fix for this?

Only once we heard about this issue, where the user did not have enough CCD to pay for the transfer fee…

Are you sure you have enough CCDs that you are not delegating, so it is excluded from the amount of CCDs you have?

Thanks Zoltan you are absolutely correct 0 balance on disposable and all staked is the issue - need coffee to wake up the brain!
