It is not possible to import accounts and identities created in the mobile wallet into the desktop wallet, or vice versa. You can transfer funds between accounts held on a mobile wallet and a desktop wallet.
The reason for this is that your secret keys are managed very differently between the two wallets. In the desktop wallet, these keys are held in the Ledger Nano S hardware wallet, while in the mobile wallet, the keys are stored encrypted on the device itself.
